Welcome one and all!

Zeus has summoned you all, his loyal Gods and Goddesses, to Mt. Olympius to aid him in his deliberations. The Titan Prometheus has betrayed the Gods twice over and must be found and punished. The pesky humans no longer know their place and threaten the world order once more. That traitor, Prometheus, is on the run and encouraging discord and dissent. We must come together and fight once again for the world we now rule.

Hello delegates,

I am Jonathan Everhart, a first-year student studying pre-med at the University of Maryland. I come in-state from Baltimore. I have four years of experience competing in Model UN, going as far back as my freshman year of High School.

As the Chair, I can't wait to see all the decisive and creative actions (or shenanigans) you bring to the committee. I hope to see you all (and your crisis notes) at UMUNC V!

Josie Levine - Moderator

Josie Levine is a Senior in the joint Bachelors/Masters in Public Policy program at UMD, minoring in International Development and Conflict Management. Outside of MUN, Josie is involved in the University Honors and Federal Fellows programs, as well as several community-service-based clubs.

This is Josie’s second year in Model UN at UMD, but her seventh year participating in Model UN including middle and high school, and she is very excited to be staffing UMUNC for the second time!
